Little minds, big focus

We are proud to announce the start of our new Erasmus+ project “Little Minds, Big Focus”, which has been officially approved with an excellent evaluation score of 90 points. The project brings together partners from Bulgaria, Estonia, and Romania with the shared mission of strengthening focus, emotional regulation, and wellbeing among preschool children aged 3 to 6 years old.

The project addresses key European priorities in inclusion, diversity, and quality early childhood education, while also supporting teachers and parents with innovative, practical tools.

Main activities include:

Teacher Training Programme – equipping preschool teachers with mindfulness-based practices such as yoga, arts, and sensory play.

Parent Guide “5-Minute Mindfulness at Home” – adapting classroom activities into simple exercises for families.

Local Workshops & Dissemination – sharing results, best practices, and resources with wider communities and stakeholders.

The project will produce lasting resources: a Teacher Guide, an online training platform, and a Parent Guide, ensuring sustainability beyond its lifetime. By fostering mindfulness and focus from an early age, Little Minds, Big Focus aims to support children’s healthy development, improve classroom environments, and build stronger school–family connections.
